Strength is important for everyone, not just powerlifters! We believe everyone should do strength training that is why we started our strength classes.
Our classes are very different from what is out there currently. It is not a boot camp or a group HIIT class, it is a class that is designed to set you up for long-term success and progression.
We progress the program every 4 weeks and scale based on your abilities, our coaches are top-notch and compete in powerlifting so they are masters at the major lifts and making sure you lift with proper form while building up your strength.
We don’t focus on FAT LOSS or Body Transformation in the this, but it is a very happy bi produce of the class unlike other group training programs that focus solely on this. We focus on creating a stronger, healthier and happy version of you!
